As a GANS Scholar

From day one, you are paired with the controllers, engineers, and AIS officers already running live operations across the UAE's airspace to learn how the job actually feels under real pressure, in real time.

By the time you sit your final assessment, you won't be guessing what the role is like. You'll have already done it, under supervision, inside one of the region's busiest air navigation networks.
