Role purpose

Build and maintain Air Traffic Flow Management software supporting UAE airspace operations.

Day-to-day

  • Act as the focal point for ATC/ATM operations domain, providing expertise across the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, design documents, and operational requirements.
  • Conduct technical evaluation of supplier proposals.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and lead technical discussions.
  • Review system design documents and operational submittals.
  • Participate in design reviews and testing phases (FAT, SAT).
  • Manage operational training and verification activities.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and document control.
  • Maintain GCAA currency as an Air Traffic Controller.
  • Represent the organisation in stakeholder meetings.

What you bring

Experience

Provide specialist ATC operations knowledge and subject matter expertise on defining, reviewing, validating and verifying air traffic operations requirements across the project lifecycle.

Education

Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Aviation, Business, or equivalent.

Certifications

  • Current GCAA (or equivalent) air traffic control licence for approach control.
  • ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency.
  • Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2) preferred.
